Made from aluminium and stainless steel with a patented treatment for food processing and resistance to corrosion. This machine meets the EN 1974 requirements for professional slicers. The machines have 12V switches with two reset buttons. The carriage which features one slicing arm for salume, or a double tray for meat, can be removed by using a handle locking and sliding system on a ground bar with bearings, the sharpener is positioned above the chrome tempered stainless steel blade.
