Chopping speed, hygiene, space, economical use and ease of use are the main characteristics of these machines. The oval feeder inlet allows for the chopping of whole vegetables (potatoes, mushrooms, tomatoes etc.). The smaller round inlet allows you to slice courgettes, carrots, celery etc. The cut is always clean and precise. Changing the disks or the disk combinations allows for 60 different types and size of cut. These machines are manufactured according to European directives and comply with standard En 1678 and are CE marked according to standards 89/336 CEE 98/37 CEE – 89/109 CEE.
