This spiral mixer is coated in scratch-proof paint to guarantee easy cleaning. The appliance complies with all safety regulations required by the European Legislation (Low Alimentation controls, switch on bowl lid, mechanical protection on moving parts). The parts of the appliance in direct contact with food are made from stainless steel (bowl, spiral, kneadiing rod) and food grade plastic (bowl lid). There are different models (7 12 18 25 38 50 Kg. dough) of this appliance which makes it suitable for numerous mixture types (it is recommended for tender dough mixtures such as pizza and bread). It features two speed modes (upon request only for 12-18-25-38-50 three phase models) which improves performance, reducing production time required for each cycle.
