This new meat mincer features an innovative structure. Its mincing set is completely removable (meat inlet and outlet included) and this allows you to refrigerate it without having to remove residues. There are two knobs which make it quick and easy to dismantle and reassemble the mincing set. Given that the two main units can be separated, cleaning the motor block parts becomes an easy chore and the entire mincing set is also dishwasher-proof. This stainless steel-shiny aluminium mincer complies with all safety regulations required by the European Legislation. Various hole-type cutter plates allow you to produce minced meat for various purposes: Hamburgers, meat balls, meat sauce, frankfurters, etc. The mincer features a reverse drive to release the parts from blocking whilst in function. Available opcionals for the mincer are: Unger system for very fine mincing - Funnel for meat casing Ø mm10 - mm20 - mm30. The grater features a shiny aluminium hopper containing a stainless steel roll for producing products such as: cheese, bread, biscuits, dry fruit, etc. The appliance is also supplied with a brush for cleaning the grater roll. It complies with all safety regulations required by the European Legislation (Switch on grater lever).
