This new meat mincer features an innovative structure. Its mincing set is completely removable (meat inlet and outlet included) and this allows you to refrigerate it without having to remove residues. There are two knobs which make it quick and easy to dismantle and reassemble the mincing set. Given that the two main units can be separated, cleaning the motor block parts becomes an easy chore and the entire mincing set is also dishwasher-proof. This stainless steel mincer complies with all safety regulations required by the European Legislation.
