This hamburger press is a hygienic, easy to clean and easy to use appliance, designed for butcheries, restaurants, cantines and hotels. The lever presses down on the meat to shape it; when the lever returns into place, the press lifts so the hamburger can be removed. It makes hamburgers diameter 100 mm, which can be then packed in food grade cellophane paper. All parts in contact with the meat are made in stainless steel or food grade alloys in compliance with standards.
