GAS FRYERS - Entirely made of stainless steel. 1.2 mm thick pressed top. Adjustable steel feet in height. Tank made of stainless steel, with rounded corners and stamped bottom for maximum cleanliness. Anti-spill work surface. Large cold zone at the bottom for the deposit of impurities. Oil drainage into the collection basin (complete with filter) inside the compartment, through a drain valve in chromed brass casting. Heat sources protected by removable chromed mesh. Heating through nickel-plated cast iron burners with high thermal efficiency, external to the tank. Bulbs protected against accidental shocks. Temperature control through thermostat up to 190°C, plus fixed setting safety thermostat (230°C) to prevent overheating.
