Door with double glass, ventilated and openable for cleaning. Version with 7" touch screen controls. Adjustable fan speed in 3 positions. Height-adjustable feet. Allows cooking different dishes simultaneously on various levels. EasyService function: it is possible to serve dishes at the same time. Ability to store up to 9 cooking programs. RecipeTuner interface: offers the possibility to modify and customize programs easily and intuitively, changing according to the selected cooking type, and allows adjusting: cooking, browning, humidity level, and leavening degree. USB port for loading and saving recipes and for firmware updates. Motorized vent valve opening. Control through a single encoder jog/dial knob for navigation through all functions. Fan rotation direction reversal. Capacity: 7 X (GN 1/1; 60X40). Trays not included. Internal grid support partitions, removable and replaceable. Automatic washing system (optional).
