The 2300/SP30 and 40 series high precision countertop dough sheeters respectively feature size 30 and 40 cm stainless steel rollers with lined patterns to make all types of pasta. The lined pattern gives the pasta a slight rough touch which allows your dressings to stick to the pasta. Roller opening/closing lever is shaped making it easier to grip and move. Half-moon shaped lever with quick blocking system maintains the thickness of the last passage. Stainless steel roller in neutral to achieve very thin sheeted dough.
