TC meat mincers feature a compact design and high performance, its gear box in oil bath has a double insulation to seal it from liquids. Grade AISI 304 stainless steel head and propeller, a quick locking system allows to position and lock the head, its powerful ventilated motors are suitable for a continuous use. Its refrigerating system works thanks to a thermoelectric module which does not require the use neither gas nor compressors that push the neck and head of the meat mincer.
