The TCxxL series has been designed to meet the needs of pastry and ice cream chefs who wish to produce their own specialities in moderate quantities and in short time to continuously guarantee their clients fresh products. This extremely flexible appliance not only makes ice cream and sorbets but also a wide range of other products: creams, ganache, tempered chocolate, jams, fruit jellies, puddings, etc. giving you the chance to let your creativity loose and make extraordinarily tasty desserts! The cream cooker function features four rapid selection programmes, an interactive recipe menu with over 30 pre-set programmes (amongst which even 4 chocolate temperaing programmes) and automatically indicates which ingredients must be added during the different phases of the cycle; the "edit recipe" function to create custom recipes, the "create recipe" function which memorizes over 30 new recipes; and a pre-heat function to reduce cycle time. The freezer function features six quick selection refrigerating programmes, an interactive "flavour menu" with 24 pre-set programmes which feature different beating modes and consistency levels according to the "flavour", the "edit flavour" function which allows you to change the pre-set parameters, the "create flavour" function to create custom programmes which memorizes up to 30 new flavours and the "turbo" function to increase beating during cycle.
