Made from aluminium in compliance with standards, these trays feature round moulds diameter 120mm and depth 18 mm. The top surface is completely coated in a green Teflon Du Pont film. This Teflon coating is inexpensive, maintains the quality of your food and allows you to reduce the amount of oil, grease and wax usually used thus resulting in less costs as well as a higher quality and longer lasting end product. Instructions for use: The Teflon coating can bear a continuous temperature of max 200 °C. In order to maintain the durability of the coating, we recommend the use of wooden tools or special plastic materials, whereas metal or other materials that could scratch the Teflon surface are to be avoided.
